By developing medical management models that reduced waste and eliminated redundancy, Dr Olaniyan helped hospitals increase profitability, quality and customer satisfaction. As a consultant with William Mercer.s healthcare practice, Olaniyan empowered many hospitals and fortune 500 companies to better define medical management strategies and identify areas of opportunity.

As a Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at both United Health Group and Cigna HealthCare, Olaniyan was instrumental in building cutting edge case management and disease management products that improved patient care for many members. He also worked diligently to enhance the interface between hospitals and managed care organizations.

Iskla Brown, RN, CPUM, CPHQ Chief Operations Officer

Iskla is an accomplished healthcare executive, with over 20 years experience in quality management and medical management. She held leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare, NYLCare (AETNA) and Amerigroup healthplans, were she developed and managed many cutting edge medical management programs. Iskla has also held leadership roles at URAC (Utilization Review Accreditation Commission), where she audited healthplans applying for accreditation which helped to improve the quality of services healthplans provide to their members.

As a result of her extensive experience in Quality and Medical management, Iskla is uniquely qualified to help our hospital clients improve their entire continuum of medical management processes from prior authorization/notification, concurrent review, case management and effective discharge planning.

Kayode Williams, MD, MBA, FFARCSI Physician Consultant

Dr Williams is an Assistant professor of Pain medicine and Anesthesiology at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Medical Institution in Baltimore Maryland. Dr Williams plays a leadership role in the development of our physician education programs and works with hospital medical staff to better understand the drivers of high denial activity and develop strategies to reduce physician denial activity.

Douglas Allen, Vice President – Business Development

Strategic marketing and business development professional with over twelve years experience working with physicians, clinicians, administrators and related healthcare decision-makers in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors. Doug brings a strong track record of drafting and implementing initiatives designed to promote a variety of products and services to hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Prior to joining CMC, Doug held key business development, marketing and sales management positions with the David Drew Clinic, the American Association of Blood Banks and the American College of Cardiology where his expertise was instrumental in launching a preventive medicine clinic, two hospital data registries, an on-line benchmarking tool, a hospital reimbursement guide and consulting services division.
